OnTrac recently installed a brand new garage doors for us. Their team was friendly, on time and so meticulous with their work. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. Prices were also very reasonable. They take great pride in their work – from sales to installation. Their sales representative, Melinda Weeks, was especially supportive during the process. She provides excellent industry knowledge.

Thank you On Trac, your service was outstanding. We are so pleased with our new garage door.. We love the color, the safety features, and all of the functions of the door opener. It's very easy to use and with so many cool features. We love the monitor in our our bedroom showing us that the door is closed. We also enjoy the fact, that the door closes on it's own if we we forget to close it after a set amount of time. The best part of your sevice was your staff. Chris gave us the estimate and was very helpful and informational. The installer was great, also. The lifetime warranty is the best feature. We know you are the best garage door company, finding your information at COSTCO. Thanks again.

Great Service. I purchased the door, by far the best quality door from all the bids I had. Lifetime warrantee on all parts and it was still cheaper than the others. Great costumer service

awesome service. Melissa - April 19, 2012 OnTrac employees were very professional and great to work with, there was no haggling or pressure. The work that they did was very good and the viper is very quiet, which I love!!! Overall I love the whole look of my new garage door and the opener, it's very easy to use and safe... the guy who installed it went over a check list to let me know how everything works and it's safety features, I have a little boy and another one on the way, so Safety is a big issue... Thank you OnTrac!!!

Remove/Install New Garage Door. Extremely happy for the work done and I highly recommend the company if you are considering replacing or putting a new garage door in your house. The staff are very professional especially Joel who did the installation and Jeff that provided the estimate.
