I spent two days touring all of the Inland Empire dealers and I encountered many horrible car dealers. But I was surprised to see that it was the exception not the rule overall. However, when it came to this particular dealership I noticed a different attitude. They are a no BS dealer, they will negotiate with you as much as they can, are honest and courteous. I found a lot of rude dealers that would laugh at my face and were very mean while negotiating, these guys were not. Joe the manager, was extremely professional and his staff also, they worked with me and tried to accommodate my needs. I was unable to purchase from them at this time but I will come back as soon as I can and will definitely buy from them. If car dealers were like these guys they would not be in the problem they are right now, I assure you. I recommend this dealer to anybody, expert and novice buyers as you will not be taken advantage of. I can tell you where you will definitely will if you want.

I have never had an easier time buying a car. I told Freddy the car we wanted and the kind of lease we wanted. He found me the car and had it on my driveway that evening. Truly appreciated the no hassle experience!!

The service I received from my salesman, Eric, was great. The staff members I interacted with while there were friendly and professional. All of my questions and concerns were answered and I never once felt the pressure to buy anything. So, overall it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. :)
