Kitschy Italian restaurant churns out heaping plates of pasta that won't break the bank..
In Short
Whimsical antiques and decorative items--velvet armchairs, vintage-looking fringed lamps and booths made from iron bedsteads--fill the dining room. The OSF Classics menu offers spaghetti with a choice of mushroom sauce, rich meat sauce, browned butter and feta-like mizithra cheese sauce, and more. Other popular favorites are the baked lasagna--layers of noodles, tomato sauce and four kinds of cheese--and the fettuccine Alfredo. Meals include a green salad, fresh-baked bread and ice cream.

good pasta and atmosphere. I like the Old Spaghetti Factory. I love their pesto ranch for their salad and I love their spaghetti with browned butter and mizithra cheese. They have a special for dinner that I get: an entree, which comes with a soup or salad, ice tea comes with the meal (or you can pay for something else), and a scoop of ice cream (vanilla or spamoni: i prefer the spamoni) for a pretty reasonable price. The atmosphere is wonderful; each one is different in each city that it is in. The service is great; the employees are very nice; there's normally a wait at dinner time.

Would never go here again. I have been here twice and that was twice too many. The first time I had a pasta dish and was incredibly disappointed. I never knew how bad you could mess up pasta. Somehow, the Old Spaghetti Factory figured out a way. After this, I vowed to never go back again. But, I decided to give it another try when a friend said she wanted to go. This time, I avoided the pasta and ordered a chicken dish instead. It was okay, but not good by any means. Maybe there is something good on their menu, but I'll never know because I refuse to ever go here again. It's not just bad Italian food, it is just bad food.
