5 stars for service. What a beautiful place to relax! The spa is unbelievable. Although it may look small from the outside, once you step in you will be greeted by a comfortable environment with an accomodating staff and charming ambience. This spa offers partial and full-body massages, facials, hand and foot paraffins, reflexology, body wraps, etc. It is a place that you truly need to check out if your in the lovely town of Redlands. Here are the details: I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of. The check-in was quick and easy. In terms of cleanliness, I give it a thumbs up. The treatment itself was amazing as Sonya was very professional and kind. As far as check-out, the receptionist, Corri was very helpful and knowledgeable.

But seriously, I truly enjoyed this place and will definitely go back again. If you are looking for a spa that will "De-stress" your mind & body, then this is the place to go.

Best Spa Experiance!. This place is too cute for words! It is so warm and cozy, not stuffy and sterile looking like some spas I've been to. This was my first visit here and I left feeling like a new woman! I received an hour massage and an hour facial. I feel that all my needs were met and concerns were listened too. I didn't feel like I was just another customer! I will go back to this wonderful place and would recommend it to others as well!

Great spa at a great price. Charming Victorian house, professional and courteous staff, skilled technicians (estheticians & massage therapists), and lots of pampering and extras that you don't find at pricier spas. They carry Murad products - the best in my book, and they will match Murad's on-line prices, if you ask.

Great place for a massage and facial.. I wanted to treat my mother in law to something special for Mothers Day, (she is the type of person who has everything.) I called up, bought her a gift certificate right over the phone, they mailed the gift certificate to her and sent the reciept to me. It was very convient because

use I live so far away, and she was able to stay close by her house in Redlands. She loved her experience so much she dropped the hint that she would like to go back for her birthday. She said the staff was personable and her massage therapist was the best she has ever had. She raved about the gift basket full of all the products they used on her. Thank you International Day Spa for making my mother in law feel so wonderful.
