good dentist. these guys did a great job. dentist was nice and i had a minimal amount of pain considering the extent of the work they did. i will be going back and would recommend them to anyone. the staff was very nice and professional. i have a extreme fear of the dentist due to a bad experience years ago with western dental so i appreciate a good dentist and felt the need to share.

Terrible service and quality of work. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE !!

I recently had a crown attached. Later in the day I realized it was not straight. An appointment was made for the next day. After being seated in the chair the dentist informed me he would not work on it because one of his associates had done the initial work (another way of saying, "if I'm not getting paid, I'm not cooperating ).

These people didn't care in the first place, and care even less about making things correct.

AWFUL!!!. If I could give zero stars I would. Please to not be fooled by the modern looks of this upscale office. Menifee Smiles is terrible. We have really good insurance (pays 100% for almost everything) but some how I ended up with a bill for hundreds of dollars for a bunch of extras three times!!! It feels like a used car dealership...the have someone who comes in to put the pressure on and seal the deal. The recepionists hate working there...everytime I went in they were talking crap about the Dentists and the owner. It was really unproffessional and unwelcoming. I have switched Dentists and will never go back to Menifee Smiles. My new office was shocked to see all the stuff they charged my insurance for and were even more shocked to find out they sold me other stuff. They charge three times more for a tooth brush head...unbelievable. They are a rip and unfriendly at that!

Rip Off Dental Group - Hard Upsell to $400 Cleaning??. I wanted regular teeth cleaning covered by insurance, I had to call insurance company to get out of $400 teeth cleaning. Then when I called for appointment, the nasty receptionist said only the $400 cleaning will work with the Zoom Whitening. While discussing the cost of an implant, the X-Ray tech told me the cost for one implant was $47,000??? I said you mean for the enitre set of teeth to be replaced, he said no, just for one tooth?? I finally spoke w/ one of the dentist who insisted on hard selling me again on the $400 after I told him I just wanted a REGULAR TEETH CLEANING, GEEEE WHIZ!!!! I am now seeking a more reputable dental practice here in town.
