Truly professional. As a property owner, they are very responsive and proactive to our every concern. The amount of experience they have is useful for any property owner and HOA that wants a more personal touch as opposed to the general standard approach. I highly recommend them!

Because of your generosity i am able to pursue my goal to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy 1 year earlier than expected. The unfortunate circumstances that have transpired were not planned and unintentional. I am truly happy Helena has found a new roomate and will be able to stay. nice office!. Such a nice office. I was moving from upland and came here looking for a place. I told them what I was looking for and they sent me to 2 wonderful places. The rent was a little higher than I was used to but the condos were priced very well for the area. I ended up renting one of them and love the nice people and area!

HEADACHE. I have lived in one of the "professioanl property" managed units. I have had nothing but problems, Richard seems nice until you get in there! They do not fix any problems you have! I have mold and nothing has been done to help me! Even there office staff is unhelpful! Do NOT live in a property managed by "PP"!!! I have never live in such a bad place, with no one to responded to my issues!!

Should be called very UNprofessional Property Management. When I first called around to prop management companies, I talked with Richard who prides himself on outstanding customer service. I was initially impressed and he went to assess one of my residential properties and called me days later saying he couldn't get in. I was surprised because I asked him to call if he had any problems with the lockbox. Anyway, later I called to arrange a meeting, and called back about three weeks later two more times. Finally, I received a call back but at this time I was hesitant to do any business with them as if they don't call me back unitl weeks later after several calls what happens if a tenant calls once with a leaking pipe that's flooding the house? Before going out to the property again, he wanted me to sign a management agreement for no less than a year and he changed his prices from 8% to 9%/month. I then questioned him a little more about his subcontractors which he said were on the low end on the pricing scale; however I didn't mention that I thought that $65/hour for someone to replace a GFI outlet plug was on my high end. When I expressed hesitation about doing a management agreement for year or more without even an initial evaluation (he hadn't even stepped onto the property yet), he basically got very SNIPPY and hung up on me and said to call back if I changed my mind. Needless to say, even if I did call back to hire them, it is even doubtful they would return my call within the week.
