Well Stocked Shop, Extremely Poor Service!!!. It's clear many of the below female reviewers must be friends with the manager lady - I mean how many ladies shop at a hobby store - none!

On to my review. They have a good selection, decent prices, however some pricing higher than the MAP from manufacturers - they are gouging us! Otherwise the shop is well stocked across the board. However, their service levels speak volumes. All of the 'kids' (yes I'm calling the kids) act like they have a holier than thou attitude, and could care less about helping the customer. The last three times I was there; the kid with spikey hair was too busy painting his lexan body to help, went bank a day later and same thing.. and the last time they would rather just sit and talk than help a customer with cash in hand.

I wish I owned a hobby shop in Corona as I could sell products at sky-high prices, offer top-notch customer service, and put HTU out of business in this city.

always a good time!. My husband and I go in here all the time and I love everything about this store. Everyone is very helpful. When the rare occasion comes up that they don't have something in stock they always order it for me and call me as soon as it comes in. The stuff they carry is endless. You can find anything from rockets, to dollhouses to a majority of R/C related items. The store is always well maintained. We always enjoy coming here.

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!. This place has the most HORRIBLE customer service that i have ever experinced i have spent well over $2000 from this copany and they are still DOUCHBAGS!!!!!!!!! they do what ever they can to make you spend the MOST money espacially on labor if it take 10 minutes they will charge you an hour worth and keep it for ever. I HIGHLEY dont recomend this place it is the worst and look out for camoran he is the WORST he is so mean and doesnt care about anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVIVE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic Store. I came across this fantastic store. I am new to radio control . I made the mistake of buying a couple of used trucks on ebay. I needed some parts after five minutes of my sons driving them into parked cars and curbs. I went to the store and asked if i could get them fixed or get the parts to fix myself. I found that the staff was very helpful. They had all the parts except for one. They offered to order it for me. When the part came in they called to let me know. I asked if they could show me how to fix, which they did. Very good customer service and extremely knowlegable. I plan on buying new trucks for my sons for christmas. There prices are very good. This place is a hidden gem. Huge store tons of stuff.

Poor Service and Quality. I'd avoid this place. I purchased an expensive item which the salesman insisted was very rugged. It failed within minutes of taking it out of the box. I returned it within an hour of purchase and they flat out refused to take it back or repair it. I've never experienced an attitude this bad at a legitimate business.
