A Total Disaster. Disgusting. Everyone needs to read this.

I haven’t been to a Mi Tortliia in over a year and now I remember why. Here is what happened when I went to the location in Corona, Ca at 487 Magnolia Ave.

1. There is a picture of a wet burrito with cheese on top on the wall behind the register that reads “ Enchilada Style .99 cents”. So I ordered that and the total came out to over $9 dollars. Shocked at the price I asked the cashier how this could be and the woman named Alma says enchilada style actually comes out to $1.50 when you add the cheese. HUH??? .99 cents for the sauce and .50 cents for the cheese? I asked how this could be since the picture shows sauce and cheese on the burrito with the price being .99 cents. She repeated the prices again and that was that. I got the Original Burrito with no cheese, only sauce which in this economy is ridiculous to charge $1.00 for it by itself. The picture shows .99 cents but actual cost is more. This is flat out lying to the consumer and false advertising. Totally unacceptable.

2. I then ordered the burrito to go with no beans. Barbacoa meat and rice only. I get back to my office and there were beans inside of it. I was the only one in line and the only one in the restaurant at the time. It’s not like there was a big rush and a mistake was made. I recall Alma telling the cook no beans. This is pure laziness. Period.

3. I got back to my desk and since I was starving I began eating the burrito but after 3 bites I found a hair in my meat. What is going on here??? Again, totally unacceptable, disgusting and wrong. I immediately threw out the burrito and began writing this email.

I will never again set foot into another one of your restaurants and will go out of my way to share my story with fellow co-workers and friends.

Ick Ick Ick!. Mi Tortilla is just plain gross. The food was sub-par. However, I did enjoy the stale chips, bitter enchilada sauce and the extra protein the fly in my lettuce provided... I would definitely not go there again. Usually I'm generous with my expectations of restaurants but this place was awful.

Great on weekends. We loved the place. Everything else is SO busy on weekend nights. My kids even loved it. I would highly recommend. Prices are great. Coupons can be found for kids to eat free.

Great Place For Food. Food is very good and you will require a doggy bag. Chips & Salsa is homemade and fresh all the time. Beer /Wine. Aplace where you can still relax and have a conversation. One of the few places that welcome you imediately, and thank you when you leave. Nice Pleasant Attmosphere.
