on tuesday jun 12 when to this dealership,looking for a single cab truck, witch it wasn’t in the dealer,than they look for it, in another dealer found one,we talk about payments ,and i have 2005 canion i want to give it in a trade in,everything was fine until now everything war ready for the purchase,but i was a little worry about the payments,,told the sales person i will call Wednesday 13 next day at 1;00pm to confirm,, witch i did on time.confirm the sale told them if everything was in order for the purchase they confirm..i told the sales person, we are coming thursday 14 at 5;00 pm to pic up and sign the paperwork, for our surprise nothing was done,plus i have to make more paper work and they didn’t even worry about doing the paper work neither to bring the truck from the other dealership,,,i gave reasonable time fix any inconvenience but all they wanna do sale me another truck more expensive and another color..i just want to complain to this company for unprofessional irresponsible, and irrespectful ,

Mark Christopher brings it!. Received an early Father's Day present from my wife and the kids. A Silverado 1500 LT Crew cab from Mark Christopher. Rob Mazzella was the Sales Manager and he took care of everything. I was speechless, my wife surprised me and Rob made it happen. This is why we keep comming back. Thanks Rob and thanks Mark Christopher!

the best service. Paul gave me the best service I have ever received since going to Savage. He is very attentive, professional, courteous. He took really good care of me. So he will get all 10s from me.
